Job Overview
Platinum Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented
full-time cleaner to care for client's properties. This is a hands on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and value delivering excellent service to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive company image through professional and friendly client communication.
- Clean and sanitize residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of client homes
- Wash, dry, fold laundry
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
- Clean company owned supplies and equipment daily
- Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures to ensure quality service
- Properly dispose of trash
- Alert management to any customer feedback, supply needs, or safety concerns
- Occasionally use email or calendar apps to manage appointments or communication
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's brand standards
- Responsible for securely managing clients' home access codes and keys, and for maintaining strict confidentiality of client information while performing duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience
- At least 1 year of professional housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred
- At least 1 year of general customer service experience is preferred
- Strong customer relationship and service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Schedule & Employment Type
This is a full-time position, with work generally scheduled on weekdays. Start and end times may vary based on client appointments, and occasional weekend availability may be needed.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is a must to travel to and from client locations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Salary: $19 - $24 per hour
