Support Analyst | 3 Days onsite in Boston | Up to $80,000 DOE
Our professional services client is looking for a Support Analyst to join their team!
What you’ll do
• Provide first line phone and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot incidents, gather information, and resolve or escalate where needed
• Log, track, and manage tickets through the full lifecycle in an ITSM system
• Support onboarding, device setup, imaging, and office moves
• Provide on site support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment
• Assist with remote working issues including home network and connectivity troubleshooting
• Support AI tools and automation platforms, offering user guidance and basic troubleshooting
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
• Participate in floor support, training sessions, and IT projects
What you’ll bring
• 1 to 2 years of help desk or IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and end user applications
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and manage multiple priorities
• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
