Jobletics Pro is hiring Bartenders in Franklin, MA to join our hospitality team. This role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of bartending experience who enjoy creating drinks, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking reliable candidates who can maintain a clean bar, follow safety standards, and provide a great experience for guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
Follow proper alcohol service and safety regulations
Assist with bar setup and closing duties
Work efficiently during busy periods

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
Knowledge of cocktails, drink recipes, and bar equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
