Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Boston, MA, for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will oversee relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, driving customer success plans, improving customer retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer usage data, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to align services with client goals.
