Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA, for the position of Vice President of Culinary Operations. The VP of Culinary Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational strategies and managing profit and loss (P&L) for multiple restaurant locations. Duties include ensuring high-quality dining experiences, directing culinary teams, providing leadership on kitchen operations and service standards, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving innovation in menu development and operational excellence.

- Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Strong skills in Customer Service with a guest-first approach
- Experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of food safety, nutrition, and kitchen protocols
- Ability to analyze and optimize business performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in multi-unit culinary or hospitality management is a plus
