The Executive Producer is a senior leader responsible for the end-to-end strategy, creative vision, and execution of live, in-person event programs. This person is responsible for collaborating with clients and internal teams to define event goals and objectives, and ensuring our project plans align with those objectives, while delivering work on time, within budget and creating an outstanding client experience. They manage large-scale budgets and lead cross-functional production teams to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences. This role is designed for an individual who can cultivate strong relationships internally and externally and be a trusted partner and leader within the organization that clients and team members depend on to solve complex problems with ease. Strong people management and production experience from an agency or other production environment is required.
Travel for this position is required (Approximately 25-30%)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with clients to define the strategic vision and creative direction for events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client objectives.
- Support solution design of a project that aligns to client objectives
- Define project scope and budget, in partnership with Account Management and Operations teams
- Oversee all elements of event production, including audio/visual, lighting, and staging.
- Lead internal project teams and manage external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Develop project staffing plan to align staff skillsets to client needs, along with defining roles and responsibilities of delivery team
- Oversee multiple event workstreams during planning, delegating to team members when appropriate and ensuring workstream alignment with event strategic vision
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
- Act as primary liaison for high-level clients, comfortable leading calls, presenting concepts and managing expectations
- Oversee execution of creative vision for all elements of production. Monitor quality of work performed by team members throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead onsite execution by managing run-of-show, rehearsals and overseeing all workstreams to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure prompt and accurate reconciliation following completion of a job with oversight from the assigned account team
Requirements
- 10+ years' professional experience required
- Previous live event experience
- Strong financial management and budget creation experience
- Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team leadership and effectiveness, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; flexible
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SharePoint and O365 knowledge preferred
- Local candidates preferred but remote candidates will be considered with in office required once a quarter in Norwood, MA
- Experience with executive presentation management, event technology, familiarity with video formats, and expertise in video and print production management are all considered valuable pluses

Salary Range: $120-150K
