We're looking for a talented
Residential Landscape Designer to create and support
custom outdoor living projects in
Walpole, Massachusetts. This role focuses on transforming creative landscape ideas into practical, build-ready designs that guide residential installations from concept through construction.
The Landscape Designer will develop landscape concepts, technical drawings, and construction documentation for high-end residential outdoor spaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and homeowners to ensure designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible for installation.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative residential landscape concepts and outdoor living layout plans
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and permit-ready landscape documentation
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable
- Revise landscape plans based on client feedback, site conditions, and project requirements
- Translate conceptual landscape ideas into technical plans that guide field installation
- Maintain accuracy across drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Manage multiple residential landscape design projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver visually compelling outdoor environments
Requirements
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
- Experience developing residential landscape designs and construction documentation
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong visual design ability combined with technical drafting skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and construction teams
