Position Description:
Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support large-scale, government-sponsored Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization initiatives. This role will drive successful adoption of EHR systems across complex healthcare environments by aligning people, processes, and technology to enable sustainable transformation.
The OCM Lead will work closely with clinical, operational, IT, and government stakeholders to design and execute change strategies that minimize resistance, increase engagement, and accelerate user adoption. This is a high-impact role supporting enterprise-wide healthcare IT transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for EHR implementation and modernization projects
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and end-user training initiatives
Conduct organizational readiness assessments, workflow analyses, and impact evaluations
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align change initiatives with project objectives
Design and deliver targeted communication and training programs for diverse audiences
Monitor change adoption metrics, risks, and mitigation strategies
Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Support large-scale, government-sponsored health IT transformation initiatives
Required Skills/Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, healthcare IT, or enterprise transformation initiatives
Certification in Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience leading change management for at least two EHR implementation projects of similar scope and complexity
Strong understanding of hospital or health system clinical and operational workflows
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel up to 40%
U.S. Citizenship required
Nice to Have:
Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
Experience with Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH, or other major EHR platforms
Experience supporting federal, state, or public health agencies
Familiarity with behavioral health, pharmacy, or correctional health workflows
