Core Responsibilities
The Creative Specialist, Art Director is a senior creative role, with no direct reports, at OLA (Our LEGO Agency) and it will form part of the LEGO agency Global Creative LT, reporting into the VP, Head of Global Creative.
Key responsibilities include
- Drive creative excellence, and impact on business, by concepting, art directing, designing and producing work for global creative platforms and innovation campaigns for the LEGO® Brand.
- Contribute with your strategic thinking and your excellent art direction & crafting skills to the creative output of the LEGO® Brand.
- Be familiar with and always be on the lookout for modern and innovative creative solutions – especially for new platforms.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with modern advertising, digital and social marketing practices.
- Work with our Global VP, Head of Creative in producing and deploying 360 degrees communication across the globe.
- Engage with stakeholders across the LEGO® Group to implement and evolve work.

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organization that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Groups headquarters in Billund, Denmark. OLA has five main hubs based in four main regions – CPH, AMS, EMEA, China & APAC. The Creative Specialist Art Director position will be located in the LEGO Agency Boston, AMS Hub.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience with an integrated portfolio and relevant case-studies for Global Brands.
- Background in advertising, with experience at advertising agencies or other creative companies.
- A capacity to concept and execute big ideas, a track record of influential creative work and solutions.
- Able to be self-sustaining concepting and art directing advertising executions, taking projects from brief to production.
- Able to present to senior stakeholders. Great communication and presentation skills.
Additional Details On This Position
- This is a Manager level role based at 1001 Boylston St in Boston, MA.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
