Minimum Requirements:
- Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions year round
- Must have a general knowledge of basic construction tools
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SUPERVISOR OR WORKER LICENSE WOULD BE IDEAL. If you do not already possess the license, willingness to get licensed once brought onboard would be excellent.

- Framing
- Rough Carpentry
- Finish Work
- Roofing
- Operating tools, machines, and other equipment
- Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required
- Basic knowledge of math and measurements
