The Role
As a Physical Therapist at Reform PT, you will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload spanning musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. You will have the autonomy to develop individualized treatment plans while working within a supportive environment. All sessions are 1:1 and 40 minutes in length — roughly 12 patients in an 8-hour day, 15 in a 10-hour day — giving you real time to connect with and treat each patient.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate new patients and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled PT interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and functional training
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Prompt EMR in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with referring physicians and specialists as needed
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience
Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from an accredited program
• Current Massachusetts PT license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date)
• Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and patient education skills
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
• New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
