We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry level HR Generalist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll, benefits, and timekeeping processes
Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Coordinate employee training and engagement activities
Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
Assist with various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus
