Our client, a non-profit, healthcare association is seeking a FULLY-REMOTE Graphic Designer with experience designing and producing print collateral. This role kicks off as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate and will continue (35-40 hours/week) in an ongoing capacity. Fully remote (EST hours preferred). Background check required.
MUST HAVES:
-Proven print design experience with a strong portfolio featuring collateral such as posters, flyers, and envelopes
-Expert-level understanding of print production requirements including bleeds, color modes, and file specs
-Strong command of layout and typography, especially in the context of print
-Ability to design within a provided creative direction rather than concepting from scratch
-Experience designing for a youth or family-oriented audience is a plus
-Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop
-Own computer and programs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design print-ready materials including envelopes, posters, flyers, and broader marketing collateral
-Translate provided creative direction and graphic assets into polished, production-ready layouts
-Apply strong layout and typography principles to create visually compelling pieces
-Develop designs with a fun, engaging aesthetic that appeals to a younger, kids-focused audience
-Reference provided sample work to align with the established visual style and direction
-Deliver finished files formatted and prepped for print production
-Collaborate closely with the client stakeholder, who is based on EST, to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly
