Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Overnight General Warehouse Associate to join our team in Northborough, MA. This position supports nightly warehouse operations for a busy building supply company, ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, and prepared for delivery or pickup. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming building materials and products
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery routes or customer pickup
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling and organization
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available if needed)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and good attendance record
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
