We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer who knows how to:

What You Will Own
- Multi-site oversight of Skilled Nursing, Senior Living, and Post-Acute operations
- Identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions and strategic partnerships
- Scaling operational excellence, quality outcomes, and CMS performance
- Strengthening census, financial performance, and workforce stability
- Building and coaching high-performing Administrator and Executive Director teams
- Driving accountability, consistency, and execution across all communities

Your Background
- Senior leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Senior Living, Hospice, or Post-Acute Care
- Proven success in multi-site operational leadership
- Strong track record in:
- Financial performance improvement
- Workforce stabilization
- Quality and regulatory outcomes
- Experience with growth strategy, M&A, or integration strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of CMS, compliance, and healthcare operations
