This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for strengthening operations across our current communities while helping drive strategic growth through acquisitions and partnerships.

What Makes This Role Unique
This COO will help lead the next phase of growth for our senior living services.
You will:
· Lead multi-state Skilled Nursing and Senior Living operations
· Identify and support new acquisitions and partnerships
· Scale operational excellence across communities
· Build strong leadership teams and accountability
· Improve financial performance, census, and workforce stability
· Partner directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape strategy

• Currently leads multi-site senior living or SNF operations
• Has experience acquiring or integrating healthcare facilities

Experience acquiring or integrating skilled nursing facilities, hospice organizations, or senior living communities is strongly preferred.
Your Background
- 10+ years leading Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, Hospice, or Post-Acute operations
- Multi-site healthcare leadership experience
- Proven success improving operations, workforce stability, and financial performance
- Experience with growth strategy, acquisitions, or integration
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations and healthcare compliance
