Job Title: Social Media Strategist

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who is deeply connected to social culture and passionate about storytelling through digital platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute social-first content strategies that engage audiences and elevate the brand presence across key social channels.
You will collaborate with brand, creative, and communications teams to deliver innovative social media campaigns while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development
- Conceptualize and create engaging social-first content for major brand stories across key social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
Platform Management
- Manage daily posting and scheduling of content across global social channels.
- Maintain social profiles including bio updates, links, highlights, and playlists.
Community Management
- Engage with social communities by monitoring, responding to, and interacting with followers.
- Foster meaningful connections with audiences and build a strong online community.
Social Listening & Trends
- Monitor social conversations, sentiment, and cultural trends.
- Identify opportunities for the brand to participate in real-time cultural moments.
Brand Voice
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone of voice (TOV) across social platforms.
- Ensure messaging aligns with the overall brand positioning and identity.
Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Communications) and external agencies to execute social media strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in a senior social media role
- Experience managing social media for top brands such as New Balance, Reebok, NBA, or similar
- Expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and social media trends
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Proven experience in community management and audience engagement

- Passion for streetwear, fashion, sports, and pop culture
- Experience creating content strategies for global brands
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
