Vice President – Transaction Advisory Services (FDD) | US Wide | Hybrid
Leadenhall Search & Selection are partnering with a leading Investment Bank to hire a Vice President in their Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, across all Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, and New York.
This role offers the opportunity to lead M&A and financial due diligence engagements across a wide range of industries, working with both private equity and corporate clients, and to mentor a growing team of talented associates and analysts.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for M&A transactions
- Analyze historical financial statements and operational trends to assess quality of earnings and key deal drivers
- Prepare, review, and present insightful reports and deliverables to client management
- Manage project timelines, coordinate team efforts, and ensure deliverables exceed client expectations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Audit, or M&A due diligence
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and transaction advisory services
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and travel as required
