We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain organized inventory and stock locations
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills (RF scanner or warehouse management system experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.80 - $28.70 per hour
