Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling marketing materials, including email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content.
- Conceptualize bold, forward‑thinking ideas that stay aligned with brand guidelines and current design trends.
- Deliver data-informed creative assets that uphold brand standards and drive engagement.
- Guide external CGI partners to ensure visuals remain consistent with the overall creative direction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and craft design solutions that support them.
- Confidently present design concepts and articulate creative reasoning to stakeholders throughout the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000, depending on experience and skill level.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, fine arts, or communications.
- 4–6+ years of experience within an agency, design studio, or corporate creative team.
- A portfolio showcasing a strong command of digital design across various formats.
- Ability to excel in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines and quick creative cycles.
- Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with strong organization and self-management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide teammates.
- Strong presentation capabilities for communicating design concepts and strategies.
- Solid understanding of typography and its application across digital media.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the Keurig brand.
- Experience in animation or motion graphics.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling or rendering techniques.
- Understanding of photography or visual styling.
