We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Document and update customer information accurately in the database using computer skills and data entry proficiency
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, billing questions, or service issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a medical office setting or call center environment
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal articulation
- Bilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required
- Excellent computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM or call center software
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions efficiently
- Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
