Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively serve diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Document and update customer information accurately in the database using computer skills and data entry proficiency
Assist customers with appointment scheduling, billing questions, or service issues
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations

Requirements

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a medical office setting or call center environment
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal articulation
Bilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required
Excellent computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM or call center software
Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions efficiently
Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times
Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
