Babilou Family US is part of the global Babilou Family network and brings a local, community-focused approach to early childhood education through our Little Sprouts, Building Blocks, and Heartworks schools. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team member who will support our mission and contribute meaningfully to this role. Content & Communications Manager will own our brand storytelling across digital and internal channels. You’ll drive everything from content strategy to execution, developing the frameworks and calendars that power consistent, high‑impact communication.

What you’ll do: - Content Strategy & Calendar Ownership
- Develop and manage a cross-channel content strategy aligned to enrollment goals
- Create and maintain a content calendar spanning social media, email, website, and key campaigns
- Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all parent-facing channels
- Social Media
- Own social media content end-to-end: planning, writing, scheduling, and posting
- Monitor and moderate comments and messages, escalating as needed
- Partner with design and agency teams on creative assets
- Track engagement and help optimize content over time
- Parent-Facing Content & CRM
- Own B2C nurture journeys for prospective and enrolled families
- Write and optimize email campaigns, automated nurture series, and CRM communications
- Collaborate with marketing operations to improve performance and conversion
- Website & Content Management
- Manage website content updates and new page creation
- Write and edit parent-facing copy that is reassuring, approachable, and enrollment focused
- Ensure content remains accurate and on brand across locations and programs
- Creative & Collateral Development
- Collaborate with external design agencies to produce brochures, flyers, ads, and
- Digital Assets
- Write creative briefs and provide thoughtful feedback
- Translate strategy into clear, compelling, parent-friendly messaging
- Other job-related duties or tasks as assigned
Required & Preferred Qualifications: - 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong B2C writing experience (parent-, family-, or education-focused a plus)
- Experience owning content calendars and managing content across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience with social media management and moderation
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
- Experience working with creative or design agencies is a plus
- Writing Samples: Please include 1–2 writing samples that demonstrate B2C communication, ideally for parents or families (email, web, or social)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements: - Lift or move items up to 20 lbs
- Work in environments where children, families, and staff are present
- Travel locally up to to 25% of the time
