I'm working with a Leading Investment Firm who are looking for a Private Equity Acquisitions Analyst to join their team in Boston,MA.
- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, outreach, and banker relationships.
- Build and maintain financial models (LBO, operating, valuation) to assess returns and risk.
- Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and industry trends to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment materials including IC memos, presentations, and deal summaries.
- Support due diligence, deal execution, and transaction processes alongside senior team members.
