- Conduct data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and document interactions accurately in our systems
- Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality service standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall call center operations
- Proven experience in a call center environment or customer support role, preferably with inbound call handling experience
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances service delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
