We’re launching first in Florida, offering full-spectrum primary and specialty care for $25/month. Every interaction is doctor-reviewed and data-structured, powering a next-generation clinical intelligence system.
Actually Health is founded by a brain tumor survivor who previously served as Head of AI at a multi-billion-dollar crossover fund, alongside the former head of clinical innovation and patient quality at Johns Hopkins, with advisors from the FDA, Sanofi, Novartis, and leading consumer brands like Uber and Bark.
We’re early, pre-launch, and looking for a hands-on, zero-to-one marketing lead to help us supercharge our traction
The RoleYou’ll be the engine that takes Actually from stealth to loud and alive.
This is not a “manage an agency” role. This is a “pick up the phone, write the copy, shoot the ad, and measure results” role.
You’ll:
- Run small, scrappy traction tests across 3–5 channels (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, influencers, PR)
- Build and iterate landing pages, UGC scripts, referral loops, and early acquisition funnels
- Tell our story, how a survivor and a Hopkins doc are rebuilding healthcare from the ground up, in a way that makes people feel it
- Own all growth data: track spend, CAC, retention, and cohort feedback
- Build the earliest version of the brand: clear, trustworthy, anti-corporate, and human
- When something works, scale it. When it doesn’t, change it fast
You Might Be a Fit If You:- Have launched or grown a consumer product from 0→1, ideally in health, wellness, or tech
- Love the numbers and the narrative, you can write a headline and run an A/B test in the same afternoon
- Have a “do it myself” mindset, you’ll run your own ads, manage your own analytics, and DM influencers directly
- Thrive in ambiguity. We move fast, iterate daily, and build in public
- Believe healthcare should feel like it actually works
