Research Associate / Scientist – Biotechnology (Cell Biology / In Vitro Assays)
Location: Natick, MA
We’re looking for a motivated, dedicated, and curious scientist to join our biotech team at GO Therapeutics, where we’re pioneering novel antibody and ADC therapeutics targeting “clean cancer targets.”
About the Role:
The Research Associate / Scientist will contribute to in-vitro characterization of therapeutic antibodies and ADCs, supporting discovery and preclinical development efforts. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment with opportunities to grow, innovate, and make meaningful contributions to oncology research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mammalian cell culture and maintain high-quality, contamination-free cultures
- Conduct flow cytometry, ELISA, and various in vitro functional assays (e.g., internalization, cytotoxicity)
- Support experimental design, data analysis, and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on antibody and ADC programs
Qualifications:
- B.S./M.S./PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, or related field
- Hands-on experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, octet and ELISA (industry experience a plus)
- few years of industry experience in a research or preclinical setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about science, discovery, and translating innovative ideas into impactful therapeutics
