Job Description
- Work Schedule: 35 hours/week
- Location: Hybrid 3 days in the office, Monday then worker can pick other 2 days?
- Duration: Now through December 23 rd - Is there potential for extension or conversion? Potential to extend

- CRM system experience
- Advanced excel experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication
- Experience working in Higher Education industry is a plus
The data strategy team is seeking a Data Entry Assistant to help The Data Strategy Team in their efforts to maximize the inputs and outputs of Advancement Data.
Top Must Haves
Experience with data entry into a complex CRM system is a must.
Experience with Microsoft excel is a must
Flexible and adaptable as projects and priorities can and will change regularly.
Strong attention to detail.
Salesforce Experience Preferred
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
Manual data clean up
Reviewing data and organizing
Updating employer information and records
Updating familial records and statuses within the CRM (connecting sibling records, updating parent statuses, etc.)
Attaching gift proposals to the correct donor records
Provide daily updates to their manager
