Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA Certification or MA LABA license preferred, but will consider those working toward completion.
- Strong background in behavioral principles and person-centered care
- We Provide supervision hours for candidates who have completed or are working towards the completion of BCBA.
Job Duties:
- If you’re already a BCBA, you know the rhythm: conducting assessments, developing and monitoring behavior plans, supporting RBTs, and communicating with families.
- If you’re new to the field, we’ll help you grow into every part of the role with mentorship and training tailored to your experience.
