Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing department in planning, execution, and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, organizing projects, and assisting in the coordination of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team and management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and calendar appointments
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and marketing materials
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical files
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
- Manage internal documentation and data entry related to marketing activities
- Track marketing expenses and assist with budget reporting
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
