Job Description
An employer is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team remotely. He/she will support 2-3 technical recruiters, both with scheduling and documentation in HR systems. This person will communicate with candidates to get their availability for interviews, schedule those interviews with hiring managers, and make any changes necessary to the scheduling. This person will also help open, close, and edit requirements for recruiters and read through background checks to check accuracy. The environment is fast paced and one must work well under pressure and will need to be available from 9-5 EST. Additionally, if there is an interview going off before or after hours, this person will be expected to be online in case any issues arise.
This is a great opportunity to join a large Healthcare Technology company. Compensation for this role is 20-25/ per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
