Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our MSP CX Business Group to support effective decision-making and strategic planning. The role involves conducting economic, financial, and market analysis, supporting capacity forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts, and designing vital systems and tools for business growth. This position is a unique opportunity to gain experience in operations and capacity planning while contributing to innovative projects within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support decision-making through detailed analysis of economic, financial, and market data.
- Assist in capacity forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for capital and resource allocation.
- Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools for operational needs.
- Develop and maintain a wiki for MSP-CX strategy and a CAR tracker dashboard.
- Provide ongoing support for the strategy team through data collection and information updates.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong analytic capabilities and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and Python programming skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Industry Experience: Experience in operations or capacity planning is a strong plus.
