About the Role:
As an Operations Data Analysis intern at Autura you will help us understand and improve the customer journey. In this role, you'll dive into customer behavior, uncover retention trends, and help shape strategies that keep users engaged and loyal. This internship will take place between June and August and has the option to be remote. You will gain skills in research, data analysis, and customer growth analytics.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the entry, cleaning, and validation of data from multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, and other internal applications)
- Analyze real-world customer data, from acquisition to retention.
- Calculate key business metrics like churn, retention, time to value and Net Promoter Scores
- Learn how to communicate to the larger business on how data informs customer-centric growth and business processes
- Help prepare and deliver reports and dashboards on customer KPIs
About You:
- Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field
- Strong with numbers and patterns — and curious about customer behavior and operational
- Familiar with analysis and ETL tools like Excel, SQL, or Python
- Familiar with leveraging and tuning AI tools leveraging data
- Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights
- Proactive communicator and team player with an eagerness to learn
