Our client, a leading investment organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support key investor‑facing operations within a high‑performing Investor Relations function. In this role, you'll manage client service workflows, maintain critical data, and support reporting and communication for a global base of institutional investors. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and CRM experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing incoming investor inquiries and coordinating accurate responses; preparing and distributing materials such as reports, summaries, and standard communications; supporting logistics for investor meetings; maintaining accurate CRM records and data; assisting with onboarding, transfers, and documentation alongside legal partners; coordinating with analytics, finance, and operations teams to improve processes and data accuracy; and proactively anticipating team needs to streamline workflow.
- The ideal candidate possesses at least 1+ years of professional administrative experience in finance, investor relations, or a related field; strong organizational ability and exceptional attention to detail; excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional approach; comfort managing confidential information; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce; and the ability to multitask effectively while supporting time‑sensitive priorities.
