About the Position
Edgestone is seeking a reliable, organized, and adaptable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Haverhill facility.
This is a hands-on administrative position that requires someone who can stay organized while managing multiple priorities. You will work closely with office, production, warehouse, sales, and management teams, providing administrative support and helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
The right candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable with computers, and willing to step in wherever support is needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional or someone with strong office and customer service skills looking to grow into a broader operations-support role.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls and inquiries
- Create, print, and maintain accurate product labels while following packaging and food-safety requirements
- Complete daily data entry for production, inventory, and administrative records
- Maintain organized files, records, correspondence, and other office documentation
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and basic bookkeeping activities
- Communicate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to coordinate information and address daily operational needs
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and fully stocked
- Support HR administration, including onboarding paperwork, timekeeping records, and employee files
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other documents for management
- Assist with scheduling, administrative projects, and other tasks as needed
- Adjust priorities throughout the day based on changing business and operational needs

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- 1+ year of office administration, clerical, customer service, or related experience
- Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, bookkeeping, or HR administration
- Experience in a manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or distribution environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
