Job Summary:
Plastocor, Inc. is located in Hingham Ma and provides surface preparation and specialty epoxy coating services to power plants throughout North America.
Our Hingham warehouse is where we store all our large equipment, trucks, trailers, coatings, and supplies needed to perform our projects. This is also where we assemble all the tools, equipment and supplies to ship out to job sites.
The person in this position will be asked to perform an array of warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, organizing, and cleaning work areas.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Equipment shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks or trailers
· Equipment maintenance
· Processing supplies, pulling materials, packing boxes
· Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins; Organize warehouse
· Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, equipment area, and workstations neat: sweep or mop.
· Wear proper safety equipment – supplied by Plastocor Inc.
· Forklift Training provided
· Computer Based Training provided
Qualification Requirements:
· High School diploma
· Basic knowledge of hand tools
· Previous warehouse experience helpful
· Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
· Dependable and reliable
· Basic computer skills
· Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
· Reliable transportation
· Drug Free Zone – Random drug testing
· Must be a US Citizen
Physical Requirements:
· Regularly lift, push/pull and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.
· Required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch
· Occasionally required to climb a ladder
