A family-owned company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position in Mansfield, MA
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative
-Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
-Take customers’ orders and enter them into the system
-Update customers on status of orders placed
-Direct incoming calls as needed to dispatch
-Assist in other roles as needed
-Perform other related customer service tasks
Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
-Previous customer service experience required, in a distribution company preferred
-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Software
-Great phone etiquette and customer service skills
-Superior attention to detail
-Ability to multi task
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hr
