Vice President, Brand & Creative
Location: Boston, Scottsdale (Phoenix), or Seattle, San Francisco, or New York
Reports to: SVP of Marketing
About The Role
A mission-driven technology company is seeking a VP of Brand & Creative to lead its global brand strategy and creative organization. This executive will oversee a multidisciplinary team while driving operational excellence, elevating the brand, and ensuring creative work is closely aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong creative leadership with data-driven decision making and embraces AI as a core part of the creative process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global Brand & Creative function across design, video, copy, and brand strategy
- Build operational rigor, creative excellence, and measurable business impact
- Partner cross-functionally to develop compelling campaigns, customer stories, and brand initiatives
- Champion AI-enabled creative workflows and innovation
- Mentor and develop a high-performing creative leadership team
- Support global marketing efforts and coordinate with regional partners and agencies where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading brand and creative teams in a high-growth technology environment
- Proven ability to balance creativity with operational discipline and business strategy
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and integrated marketing
- Data-driven leader with experience measuring creative effectiveness
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to improve creative processes and ou
- tput.Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities rather than waiting for assignments
Team & Compensation
- Leads a team of approximately seven, including multiple people leaders
- Base + bonus + RSUs is approx 400-450k OTE
