Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Full-Time | Hybrid (1 Day Remote) | Massachusetts
If you're looking for a high-volume clinic where you crank through patients back-to-back and spend half your day on productivity reports, this isn't your place.
But if you're a pelvic floor PT who went into this field because you genuinely love helping people and you're tired of feeling like the system keeps getting in the way... keep reading!
What this position looks like day to day:
You'll show up to work and have TIME. Time to actually listen. Time to think. Time to treat the whole person in front of you, not just the symptom on the intake form.
Every session is one-on-one and one full hour. No double booking. No rushing clients out the door. No feeling like your clinical brain is being wasted.
Your clients will be people who are fully invested in their own care. They show up ready to learn, ready to do the work, and ready to change. You won't be chasing people down or convincing them to follow through.
And because our model combines in-person sessions with online coaching, you'll have 1 day per week where you work from home. Real flexibility built right into the role, not something you have to negotiate for.
Less clients. Higher commitment levels. Incredible results.
The part that makes this different:
When you join this team, you get PAID mentorship from day one.
Not a quick onboarding call. Not a shadowing afternoon. A real, structured timeline where we work closely together so you can learn the practice model, the treatment philosophy, and exactly how we get the results we get.
You'll cover things like:
- Pelvic floor assessment and treatment strategies
- Clinical reasoning and case management
- How we build and progress individualized treatment plans
- Patient education and communication
- Practice workflows and documentation
After that first month, we keep the support going with regular monthly mentorship sessions focused on case reviews, skill development, continuing education, and your growth as a clinician.
This practice was built to develop great providers, not just hire them.
You might be a great fit if...
- You want to be part of work that truly changes people's lives
- You are genuinely obsessed with pelvic health
- You care deeply about your clients and it shows
- You want to keep learning and growing, not just clock in and out
- You want mentorship and a real path for professional development
- You're tired of productivity quotas and want to practice at a high level
- You have your DPT and are licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts
- You have your Level 1 Pelvic Rehab certification
The Compensation
This is a full-time position.
Full-time equivalent base salary: $75,000
On top of that, there's a quality-based incentive structure that rewards clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and your contributions to the practice. We intentionally designed this to reward great care, not just volume.
Additional benefits include:
- 1 day per week working from home
- Paid mentorship
- Continuing education opportunities
What you'll actually be doing:
- Comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations
- Building and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based pelvic health PT services
- Educating clients on their diagnosis, recovery, and self-management
- Keeping accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers when appropriate
- Participating in mentorship and continuing education
