Earning Potential: $60,000–$70,000+ in Your First Year
Base pay + production pay + bonuses
• Base Pay: $25–$30/hour to start
• Production Pay: $10 per eligible completed service (increases annually based on performance and metrics)
• Monthly Bonus: $250 for 98%+ route completion
• Review Bonus: $25 for every 5-star Google review from customers you personally service

What You'll Do
• Perform general pest control treatments (ants, spiders, rodents, and more)
• Handle rodent exclusion and control, especially during peak season
• Be the primary point of contact for customers in your territory
• Build and manage your own route (schedule approved by management each Friday morning)
• Communicate clearly with customers about treatments and expectations
What We're Looking For
• Active Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License (Core required)
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills
We do NOT handle bedbug treatments.
