Order Entry / Data Entry

Up to $22/hr depending on experience
All on-site in Oxford, MA to start for training then hybrid once ramped up
Must-Haves
- 6+ months of order entry or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and independent work capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce or Order Management Systems
Essential Job Functions
- Process orders and quotes for our products.
- Interact with shipping personnel as needed to ensure timely and complete shipments of materials to customers.
- Communicate interdepartmentally and with customers to ensure accurate processing of orders.
- Collaborate with CSX and Sales teams as needed to support their customers with quote requests or order processing.
- Responsible for preliminary review of all incoming orders for all necessary information.
- Work with the finance department on requests for information and answer questions related to orders.
- Contacts customers to respond to inquiries, ensure accurate processing of material orders or to resolve issues such as incomplete, incorrect, or duplicate shipments.
- Supports the events team with public workshop attendance reconciliation and other activities as needed.
- Supports the Registrar team with our In-District & Partner programs, this includes entering professional learning events into our LMS and processing training materials orders.
- Supports processing credit card payments for professional learning offerings including credential extensions, etc.
- Maintain and update information related to customer accounts, contact information, etc.
- Participate in departmental and organizational projects to improve and develop procedures and functions.
- Assists with the archival paperwork digitization project.
