The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer & Service Technician who is dependable, takes pride in their craft, and is ready to lead a small installation team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who wants stability, respect, and long-term growth with a local company that values expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs residential HVAC installations including boilers, furnaces, condensers, and heat pump systems
- Ensure work is completed on time, up to code, and to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, sales staff, and project managers
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Complete job documentation, system start-ups, testing, and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience required
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead or support installations
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license required
