Responsibilities For The Financial Analyst Position
- Support month-end close activities, including accruals, expense tracking, and reconciliation of financial data
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and business initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and improve forecast accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate reporting, and enhance data quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a data-driven environment
- Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems preferred
- Exposure to financial reporting and accounting processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across teams
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and evolving business needs
