Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented General Dentist to join our dynamic and patient‑centered team in Holyoke, MA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
- Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
- Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
- Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix preferred)
- Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management
- Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures
- Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services
- Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills

Pay: $186,000.00 - $268,000.00 per year
