## Overview
Large Seafood Distributor is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe, timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Most work days will be 7 to 10 hr shift depending on the day and time of year
Drivers generally START 7AM - 4:30 pm ( Some days we may need a 6am start time)
## Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely manner
- Follow routes and time schedules
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition and cleanliness
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Assist with any task needed at our facility - Building boxes, clean up the trash outside, hose the ground of debris, etc.
## Skills Required
- Experience driving 16-26 ft Box Truck
- Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role preferred
- Forklift and Pallet Jack Experience to load/unload/ move product on pallets
****Clean driving record over the last 3 years ( NO DUI- no excessive ticket) We run everyone driving record****
DOT Medical Card Required ( We will provide this if you do not have one)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
