About the Job
RideVisMedia is seeking a Full-Time Videographer to lead video production across our client portfolio — including short-form reels, property walkthroughs, cafe/restaurant promo content, and personal branding shoots. This role is central to our content engine and works closely with the Project Manager and creative team to bring brand stories to life on camera.
Key Responsibilities
- Film short-form reels, property walkthroughs, and promotional content for clients across food/hospitality, real estate, and personal branding
- Operate camera, gimbal, lighting, and audio equipment for on-location shoots
- Collaborate with Script Writers and the Photography team to plan shot lists and shoot schedules
- Deliver raw footage to the Video Editor with clear organization and shot notes
- Stay current on short-form content trends and incorporate modern, AI-aware production techniques (e.g., formats optimized for Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts)
- Manage and maintain your own gear; troubleshoot on-location technical issues
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating short-form video/content work (reels, walkthroughs, or similar)
- Own basic gear: camera, gimbal/stabilizer, and audio equipment
- Experience filming in real-world, fast-paced environments (events, businesses, real estate)
- Based in or able to travel within the Greater Boston area for shoots
- Comfortable working with a small, fast-moving creative team

Compensation
$50,000–$100,000/year, based on experience.
