Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a
Temporary Executive Assistant for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This is a
fully remote opportunity, with candidates required to work
Eastern Time Zone hours, and is expected to last
approximately 2+ weeks with potential for extension.
Position Overview
The Temporary Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to multiple senior executives during a critical coverage period. This role is responsible for ensuring continuity across scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to step in quickly to support multiple priorities with professionalism and precision.

- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders to support executive priorities
- Quickly learn and navigate internal systems and tools to support team needs
