How You'll Drive Impact
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute scalable, data-driven recruiting approach aligned with business goals, leveraging industry insights to inform best practices.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, support workforce planning, and provide guidance on market trends and hiring best practices.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align recruiting efforts with business priorities and workforce planning.
- Leverage modern sourcing tools, technologies, and AI-driven solutions to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
- Drive candidate experience initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality touchpoints throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruiting data, hiring trends, turnover, and candidate feedback to generate insights, inform decisions, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Manage job board and social media spend, aligning based on hiring needs and priorities, while ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and strengthen hiring outcomes.
Full Lifecycle Recruitment
- Own and drive full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation, with a focus on driving offers through to acceptance.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers, providing compensation input and market insights to support competitive, well-informed decisions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across a range of roles, with a focus on harder-to-fill positions, using a variety of sourcing tools and industry networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect role expectations and business needs.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding efforts by ensuring job postings, outreach and candidate communications reflect the company’s values.
- Monitor candidate engagement and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to how the company is positioned in the market.
Recruiting Operations, Metrics, & Reporting
- Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and scorecards, providing data-driven insights (e.g., cost per hire, time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, quality of hire) to inform talent strategies.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity and efficient user experience.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including staffing agencies, background check providers, and assessment vendors.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and interview guides to drive consistency and improve hiring outcomes.
- Guide hiring managers to effectively use recruiting tools and follow best practices.
Compliance & Other
- Keep current on employment laws and ensure hiring practices are compliant with EEOC and other applicable requirements.
- Support onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire documentation, to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that support broader HR team goals.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed to contribute to overall team success.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 6+ years of in-house recruitment experience within the Medical Device, Biotechnology or Healthcare industry.
- 2+ years of experience managing/owning recruiting efforts.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, with a focus on technical, operations, clinical, and commercial, including management/leadership roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Understanding of organizational structure, role requirements, compensation practices, and related HR processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with equally strong candidate assessment and evaluation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and customer focused approach.
