We are currently building a digital health platform, The Final Stretch™, designed to make preventive health engaging for the next generation. As part of our mission to address real-world challenges, SOZI AI is committed to raising awareness of critical global issues, such as the rise in youth colorectal cancer cases and deaths, through our first specialized brand: SayNoToYouthColo.
Role Description
This is a founding, unpaid, part-time, internship-style role designed for a student or early-career creative seeking hands-on experience building a brand at an early-stage startup.
You will own social media execution and help shape SOZI AI’s digital voice during a critical growth phase. You will work directly with the CEO and gain exposure to startup strategy, brand positioning, and digital health innovation.
High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to grow into a long-term role with increased responsibility in content, growth, or marketing, with equity and compensation as the company scales.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and publishing 3–5 social media posts per week, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram, & TikTok
- Drafting captions and short-form educational content aligned with our mission
- Assisting with basic video scripting and short-form content ideas
- Maintaining a content calendar and posting schedule
- Monitoring engagement and responding to comments or messages
- Tracking basic performance metrics such as engagement and follower growth
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and Social Media strategy and management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create engaging, on-brand content
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed
- Experience with content scheduling tools and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, & LinkedIn
- Understanding of what makes content engaging (hooks, storytelling, and trends)
- Keen attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with health education or nonprofit initiatives is a plus
- Bonus: Background in using automation tools or knowledge in game-based learning initiatives
- Experience with content tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
