Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Tyngsborough, MAHours:Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders via phone, email, fax, or EDI system.
- Technical Support: Provide product information, such as part compatibility, specifications, and alternatives for semiconductors, connectors, and other components.
- Logistics Coordination: Source inventory from supplier or distribution warehouses, expedite backorders, and resolve shipment or delivery issues.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with assigned accounts and act as a customer advocate to ensure satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Handle returns, RGA (Return Good Authorization) requests, and investigate product or billing complaints.
- Sales Support: Actively promote products to existing customers and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of electronic components, component applications, and technical documentation.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP systems (MDynamics is preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for negotiating with customers and coordinating with internal departments (logistics, sales).
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in entering part numbers, pricing, and shipping information.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex order discrepancies and offer creative solutions to supply chain issues.
Education and Experience- High School Diploma: Generally required, with some college or technical training preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, with previous experience in the electronics, industrial components, or distribution industry preferred
