Talent Acquisition Specialist (Level III Contract)
Location: Hybrid (Framingham, MA)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay: $60-63.00 per hour (Max)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, mid-to-senior level Talent Acquisition Specialist (Level III) to support high-priority hiring across our Marketing, Finance, G&A, Technology, and Luxury business units. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles.
The ideal candidate is 5–10 years post-college with a proven track record in SaaS or Technology-focused recruiting. You will partner directly with hiring managers to execute innovative sourcing strategies and deliver top-tier talent that aligns with our global business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end process from initial intake meetings to offer acceptance across diverse business units.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, boolean/X-ray searches, and networking, specifically targeting the SaaS and Tech talent pools.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to clarify role requirements, set timelines, and provide market insights to guide hiring decisions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate journey through timely communication and transparent feedback.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
Qualifications
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. This is a Level III profile; we are looking for candidates who are mid-career and highly independent.
- Industry Focus: Strong preference for candidates coming from SaaS companies or those who have recruited for technology roles within other industries.
- Tenure: A proven track record of stability (2+ years with a single organization preferred).
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including boolean and X-ray searches.
- Systems: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Skills
- Specific experience recruiting for Marketing, Finance, Sales, or Technical brands.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and compliance best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
